I'm impressed with myself because yesterday was the first time in my life did I mow the lawn. Had no idea that you had to prime the mower first, pull like hell at least 3 times before it would spark to life. But I did it!!! I know it's not a big thing for alot of others but it is for me. My husband has always taken care of the property and I do the home. This was done at my work not at our home. I work at a group home and the grass was at least 8 inches high because of all the rain and no one else could get to it so I took the intiative and made my mark (somewhat swirly compared to the neighbors).

Another first is making my BOS completely. From coloring the pages with tea and star anise and then ironing them to bringing them in for binding. I then covered the book in leather and symbols and sigils. It's just beautiful. My next thing will be to take a rune course that my good freind is giving. It's very uplifting and brings you so much closer to the ancient ones and the old ways.

Hi Everyone, My name is Marilyn and I'm from the Prairies in Manitoba. I am looking forward to meeting new people who also are seekers of the old-ways. I have 2 sons who are great and a husband of 23 years. I love dogs and have 3 of them, a Terrier, a Whippet, and an Alaskan Malamute( the Baby). I belong to a coven and also try to attend larger gatherings that are held in other towns and also at the Assiniboine Park in Winnipeg. Everyone has always been very memorable and uplifting.
